Calculate Your Peptide Reconstitution
Enter the values from your vial and your intended calculation.
Direct mg ↔ mcg and mL ↔ U-100 conversions are available here. Mass → mL or U-100 units requires concentration, so those selections open the dedicated concentration-based mode.
Concentration is required. Enter it directly, or let PeptideMathLab calculate it from your vial amount and liquid volume.
For educational and mathematical conversion purposes only. This calculator does not provide medical advice or dosing recommendations.

PeptideMathLab performs mathematical conversions only. Enter values from your own research protocol, product information or healthcare guidance.
What Is a Peptide Reconstitution Calculator?
A peptide reconstitution calculator helps convert the information from a peptide vial and the amount of liquid added into an easy-to-understand concentration.
Instead of manually calculating several unit conversions, the calculator can determine:
Peptide concentration in mg/mL
Concentration in mcg/mL
Required liquid volume
U-100 syringe units
Mathematical portions available from the vial
You provide the values, and PeptideMathLab handles the conversion.
How to Use the Calculator
Enter vial amount
Enter the total amount shown on the peptide vial, such as 5 mg, 10 mg or another value.
Enter the Reconstitution Volume
Enter the amount of liquid being used to reconstitute the vial. For example: 1 mL, 2 mL or another amount. Use the preparation instructions appropriate for the specific product or research setting.
Enter Your Target Amount
Enter the amount you want the calculator to mathematically convert. You can enter the value in mcg or mg depending on the calculator setting.
View the Result
PeptideMathLab instantly displays concentration, draw volume, U-100 units and the number of equal mathematical portions per vial.
The result shows four values:
Concentration
How much peptide is present in each millilitre.
Draw Volume
The mathematical liquid volume corresponding to the amount entered.
U-100 Units
The equivalent position on a U-100 syringe scale.
Portions Per Vial
The number of equal mathematical portions represented by the entered amount.
Understanding U-100 Syringe Units
A U-100 syringe scale contains 100 units per 1 mL of liquid. This means:
1 mL
= 100 units
0.5 mL
= 50 units
0.1 mL
= 10 units
However, the number of syringe units corresponding to a particular peptide amount depends on the concentration of the reconstituted solution. That is why the vial amount and liquid volume must be entered correctly.
Why Use PeptideMathLab?

Peptide Reconstitution vs Concentration
These terms are related but not identical.
Reconstitution
refers to adding a suitable liquid to a vial containing a prepared or lyophilized substance.
Concentration
describes how much substance is present in a specific volume after that liquid has been added.
For example, changing the amount of liquid changes the resulting concentration even when the total amount inside the vial remains the same. The calculator helps translate those values into a consistent mathematical result.
Important Information
PeptideMathLab is a calculation and educational tool. It does not determine which peptide someone should use, recommend an amount, create treatment plans or replace medical advice.
Always verify:
The amount printed on the vial
The liquid volume entered
The measurement units
The syringe type
Any instructions supplied with the product
For medications or clinical use, follow the instructions provided by a qualified healthcare professional.
Frequently Asked Questions
It converts the vial amount, liquid volume and user-entered target amount into concentration, draw volume and syringe units.
Yes. You can enter the amount shown on your vial rather than relying only on preset values.
No. PeptideMathLab does not recommend target amounts or treatment protocols. You enter the amount yourself, and the calculator performs the mathematical conversion.
U-100 refers to a syringe scale where 100 units represent 1 mL of liquid.
Yes. PeptideMathLab supports common conversions between milligrams and micrograms.
Yes. The standard calculator can be used without creating an account.
Yes. Always confirm your entered values and independently verify important calculations, particularly in medical, laboratory or research contexts.
