How PeptideCalc Works

The calculator does not choose a target amount for you. It converts the values you provide into easy-to-read mathematical results.

01

Enter vial amount

Choose a vial-size preset or enter your own amount.

02

Enter liquid volume

Provide the liquid volume used for the calculation in millilitres.

03

Enter target amount

You supply this value. PeptideCalc does not recommend it.

04

Read the result

See concentration, draw volume, U-100 units and mathematical portions.

What the Peptide Calculator Calculates

PeptideCalc is designed as a mathematical conversion tool. It takes the values entered into the calculator and converts them into concentration and volume measurements that are easier to read together.

A vial may be labelled in milligrams, a target amount may be entered in micrograms, liquid is measured in millilitres and a U-100 syringe is marked in units. The calculator keeps those units separate while handling the conversions in one interface.

Concentration: the amount represented in each millilitre of entered liquid volume.

Draw volume: the calculated mL corresponding with the amount entered by the user.

U-100 units: converts the calculated volume to a U-100 syringe scale.

Mathematical portions: divides total vial amount by the amount entered by the user.

Common questions

Peptide Calculator FAQ

Short answers about how the calculator works and what its results mean.

Is PeptideCalc free?

Yes. The core calculator is designed to be available without requiring an account.

Does the calculator tell me how much peptide to use?

No. PeptideCalc performs mathematical conversions from values supplied by the user. It does not select a target amount or provide a dosing recommendation.

What does U-100 mean?

A U-100 scale represents 100 units per 1 mL. The calculator uses that relationship when converting a calculated volume into U-100 syringe units.

Can I calculate in mg and mcg?

Yes. Supported calculator modes can convert between milligrams and micrograms and use those values in concentration calculations.

What is reverse calculation?

Reverse calculation starts with a user-entered target amount and desired U-100 unit mark, then mathematically solves for the liquid volume needed to produce that relationship.

Are my calculator values stored?

Core calculations are designed to run locally in the browser where practical. A shared calculation link may contain calculation values in its URL so the same state can be reopened.
