Sources & References

PeptideMathLab aims to support educational content with credible and relevant references whenever external scientific, medical or technical claims are discussed.

Our Source Priorities

We generally prioritize information from authoritative sources such as government agencies, peer-reviewed publications, academic institutions, established medical organizations and official documentation.

Examples may include sources such as:

U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
PubMed / National Library of Medicine
World Health Organization (WHO)
official product documentation where applicable

Calculator Mathematics

Basic unit conversion and concentration calculations are based on standard mathematical relationships between mass, volume and concentration.

Our calculation methodology is explained separately on the Calculation Methodology page.

Page-Level References

Where a page discusses a specific scientific subject, relevant references may also be provided directly on that page.

Source Independence

The inclusion of a source does not mean that the source endorses PeptideMathLab.

Likewise, citing research about a substance does not mean PeptideMathLab recommends its use.
